Rudy

Rudy is a charming and lovable young Doberman Pinscher boy, estimated to be between 1-2 years old. He joined us in October 2019 after being rescued from an animal shelter upstate. When he arrived, Rudy was severely emaciated, a clear sign he had likely been a stray for an extended period before being impounded. Despite his challenging past, Rudy is incredibly sweet. He's a lightweight boy with small bones and is expected to always weigh around 60 pounds or less.

Ideal Home

Rudy would thrive in a home where he can be the sole focus. Due to past experiences, he unfortunately does not get along with other dogs of any gender.

Ongoing Health

Rudy arrived emaciated but has since recovered his health. He is neutered and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Rudy's past as a stray may explain his discomfort with other dogs. With patience and positive reinforcement, he can continue to blossom into a well-adjusted companion.
