Oscar

Oscar is a sweet, playful 5.5-month-old Great Pyrenees who loves to be near his people. He spent his early months on a farm, so he's had plenty of exposure to other animals. He enjoys cooling off with a dip and would absolutely love a kiddie pool on hot days! If you're seeking a handsome and affectionate new companion, Oscar is your guy.

Ideal Home

Oscar would likely do best in a home that can provide him with space and opportunities for fun, like a kiddie pool.

Ongoing Health

Oscar is up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming, and flea/heartworm prevention. He will receive a health exam and certificate from a veterinarian within 10 days of departure.

Training & Support

Oscar has had exposure to other animals and enjoys being around people. Continued socialization and positive reinforcement will help him thrive.

• Applications start by contacting us through Wags.
• Our adoption fee for out-of-state adoptions is $300 plus transport (varies by location). This fee includes all age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming, a registered microchip, spay/neuter for pets 6 months & older, and a heartworm test if over 6 months old.
• All dogs will be current on flea/heartworm prevention.
• Interviews and meet-and-greets are conducted via video call.
• Please note that adoptions are not on a first-come, first-served basis; our priority is finding the best possible home for each animal.

Transportation

Oscar is fostered in Texas and is available for adoption and transport to a predetermined location agreed upon by Wags. The adoption contract and fee are finalized prior to transport.
