Darla - In Foster

Darla is a sweet 4-year-old, 38lb Shepherd Mix with a medium energy level who is spayed and ready to find her forever home! She can be a little shy when she first meets new people and dogs, but she warms up quickly and shows her true gentle nature. Darla loves going for walks, playing with her toys, and cuddling with her people. She's also fully crate-trained and is good with cats, children, and dogs (though a meet and greet is recommended with other dogs).

Darla would thrive in a home that can provide her with the attention and consistent schedule she needs to feel secure.

Ongoing Health

Darla has skin allergies and occasional ear infections that are managed with Apoquel and a daily vitamin. While she is generally house-trained, she can have occasional accidents if her consistent schedule is not maintained.

Training & Support

Darla is fully crate-trained and has no major behavioral issues beyond her initial shyness. A consistent schedule will help her avoid occasional accidents.
