This handsome four-year-old silver-gray pit bull or Staffordshire terrier mix has the softest face, the sweetest eyes, and a charming white chest spot that looks like a tiny tuxedo. While his exact breed and age are best guesses, what's certain is that Rex is an incredibly special boy with a heart as big as he is. He's a happy-go-lucky pup who truly goes with the flow, approaching life with an easy, joyful attitude that makes him a pleasure to be around. Rex is like a big, soft house hippo who knows how to chill!
Ideal Home
Rex is a gentle giant who is wonderful with small children and can even be walked by a four-year-old. He is also great with other dogs of all shapes and sizes, though he tends to do his own thing once introductions are complete. He would be happy with a medium to low-energy canine companion or as the sole pet, soaking up all the attention. Rex is also very apartment-friendly, as he is quiet, gentle, and low-key.

Rex is fully vetted, including vaccinations, deworming, flea and heartworm prevention, and he has been neutered.
Training & Support
Rex is fully potty trained and crate trained. He walks nicely on leash, though he enjoys pausing for a good sniff. He is treat-motivated and eager to please.

Drop-off locations include WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada (with pickup options in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters). A $87 surcharge applies for transportation due to rising costs.
