Charlotte

Charlotte is a 5-year-old, 150-pound sweetheart who came to us as a breeder surrender. She's lived a quiet life on a farm and has a lot of new things to learn, but she's a quick study! Charlotte loves belly rubs and has been enjoying our fenced-in yard. She's used to being around small children and should do well in a home with them, though her large size means she could accidentally knock them over. She walks on a leash but can get nervous and pull, or sometimes "pancake" to the floor. We're patiently working with her on crate training, and while she's had a few accidents, she's improving as she settles into our routine.

Ideal Home

Charlotte would do best in a home where she can continue to adjust at her own pace. A fenced yard would be ideal for her to explore and enjoy.

Ongoing Health

Charlotte has had a dental cleaning and is spayed. She is current on her vaccines, microchipped, and on monthly heartworm prevention.

Training & Support

Charlotte is still learning about crate training and has had some accidents. Continued patience and a consistent routine will help her succeed. She is learning to walk on a leash and can be nervous, so continued positive reinforcement will be beneficial.
