Uno the One Eyed Wonder

Uno is a 4-year-old, 81-pound Shepherd mix with a heart full of love and a personality twice as big as his missing eye! He's a goofy, affectionate, and gentle soul who melts into your lap for snuggles after making you laugh. Uno adores people, leaning into them for pets and sitting on their feet as if it's his job. He's a toy enthusiast who proudly carries and plays with his treasures. Uno is a perfect gentleman with children, gentle and patient, happy to share a cuddle or take a treat from tiny hands. He also had a wonderful time on a recent doggy day out to the park, enjoying the car ride and making friends. He would love a family that will take him on many adventures! Uno can be a bit particular about his dog friends, preferring playful, non-confrontational female companions, but he's also perfectly happy to be your one and only good boy, soaking up all the attention! At home, he's a calm and quiet boy who is crate-trained and knows when it's time to relax. He'd love a home with a yard but can adapt to apartment living with an active family. Uno is a truly unique, cheese-loving, toy-hoarding sweetheart who just wants to love and be loved.

Ideal Home

Uno would thrive with an active family who will take him on adventures and appreciates his goofy, snuggly nature. He would do well as the only dog or with a playful, gentle female dog who is not easily conflicted.

Transporation

Uno is located at our Texas-based property. We offer nationwide transport through our USDA-certified system. Drop-off locations include WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, and Canada (with pick-up options in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters). Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
