Liberty

Liberty is a handsome blue-eyed gentleman who came to us from Clewiston Animal Control when they were over capacity. He also arrived with a fracture in his right front paw. We ensured he received specialized orthopedic care, including surgery and a lengthy recovery period. Liberty is discerning about his canine companions, generally preferring females. He can be a little wary of strangers, but we are diligently working on this with him daily. He is a beautiful dog whose patience will be richly rewarded.

Ideal Home

Liberty would thrive in a loving and active home. He is good with older children, men, and women. He is not a good fit for most other dogs, cats, or young children.

Ongoing Health

Liberty underwent an arthrodesis surgery on his right front paw and is currently in a lengthy recovery period.

Training & Support

Liberty has some "stranger danger" and is being worked with on this daily.
