River

River is just stunning! Just look at that smile! He is a true gem and the total package! This boy is friendly with everyone he meets. He is active, energetic, spunky, and playful and likes playing with other dogs. He will make a great walking buddy, hiking buddy, and companion to a lucky family! River is a deserving boy with a contagious energy and fun, excited temperament. He loves toys and fetch and is an active boy! River is around 45-50lbs, a perfect medium size, and 2-3 years old. He was found stray, likely dumped, and landed in a high-kill shelter. River was without a microchip, and we were happy to welcome this deserving and grateful guy into rescue!

Ideal Home

River is an active and fun-loving dog who would thrive in a home that can match his energy. He enjoys playing with other dogs and would likely do well with a canine companion.

Ongoing Health

River is up to date on vaccines, neutered, dewormed, is on flea and tick preventatives, and is microchipped.

Training & Support

River is doing well with potty training and is good on leash. He is currently working on crate training and does well in a kennel-type, gated area. He enjoys toys, chew bones, and treats.
