Chunky Monkey

Chunky is a lovable boy who was rescued from a hoarding situation. He absolutely loves his walks and is always happy to have his leash put on, with his tail wagging the entire time. He's a calm and non-reactive dog, even enjoying a day at the park watching dogs play while surrounded by other animals. Chunky also enjoys bath time and is a perfect gentleman during grooming. He's a great car ride companion, though he does like to sit up front. Chunky is also potty-trained and has a streak of only going outside!

Ideal Home

Chunky prefers to have some space to roam and is happy in a gated area. He has been left alone for up to 9 hours without issue. He does not like being confined and may chew on crates if locked inside.

Ongoing Health

Chunky takes daily calming chews to help with anxiety. He has recovered from HGE and does not require any prescription medication.

Training & Support

Chunky is an anxious chewer and will need single-layer blankets and durable toys to keep him entertained.
