Danish

Danish is a 3-year-old female Pointer/Labrador Retriever mix from Puerto Rico who is looking for a foster or forever home in the DC area. She weighs approximately 41.3 pounds and is eager for sniffy walks, romps, exploration, and a loving family of her own.

Ideal Home

Danish gets along with other dogs. Her compatibility with cats and children has not yet been evaluated. Because dogs arriving from Puerto Rico may need time and support during their transition, she needs people who are committed to socialization. A resident dog or regular opportunities to walk with other dogs, visit a dog park, or attend doggie daycare would be ideal.
