Pippa is a delightful 4-month-old female Jack Russell Terrier mix with a heart full of love! She comes from an unwanted litter in Memphis and, while the vet suspects a blend of many breeds, she definitely has that JRT charm, though thankfully, without the extreme hyperactivity. Her mom was a 30-pound mix, and Pippa sports a cute, slightly curly tail, hinting at her unique heritage. She's currently living with her original family, eagerly awaiting her forever home. Pippa is sweet, affectionate, and a quick learner. She's been mostly socialized within her family, so she can be a bit hesitant with new people and situations at first, but she warms up quickly. She's grown up with kids and other dogs and has a wonderfully mild temperament, making her a great candidate for a family with children aged 6 and up. While she hasn't been tested with cats, her gentle nature suggests she might do well. Pippa's adventure with crate training, housebreaking, and leash walking has already begun. She's healthy, spayed, and up-to-date on all her shots. This adorable puppy is ready to be a cherished companion for an active family. Her foster mom describes her as a "SWEET PUPPY! loving and affectionate. It's so much fun watching her learn what toys and treats are for! Very nice pup, will be a great family dog."
