Duffy

Duffy is the coolest puppy! This shiny black boy has transformed from his first meeting, and now he's a tall, strong, and regal-looking kid with the cutest flopping ear. Along with his siblings, Duffy was unfortunately dumped at just 6 months old and brought to the shelter hungry, skinny, tired, and pretty wild. Duffy has taken on an older brother role and leads his siblings, Wrigley and Dude. He is very food-driven but has already learned to take treats more gently and to calm down for meals. Duffy is a blank canvas for learning, smart, and happy to be in his first safe place. He will make an excellent companion with some dedicated work on commands and manners. Duffy loves his siblings and is learning to bond with other dogs. He's observant of his surroundings and enjoys his turns to run and play.

Duffy is about 2 years old and would likely thrive in a home that can provide him with consistent training and opportunities to play.

Duffy is neutered, up to date on all vaccinations, and microchipped.

Training & Support

Duffy is smart and eager to learn, but he will need dedicated work on commands and manners. He is food-driven, which can be a great motivator for training.
