Dexter is a tenderhearted 2-year-old, 18-pound boy who may have a distinguished white muzzle, but he's still a young pup at heart! He can be a little shy when you first meet him, but once he realizes you're kind, his sweet disposition truly shines. Dexter craves gentle affection and will blossom in a patient, calm home where he feels safe. He's looking for a loving family to show him that he's finally home, as he likely didn't have the best start. Dexter gets along well with other dogs at the rescue and loves people. Once he trusts you, he's the sweetest companion you could ask for!
