Kai

Meet Kai, a delightful 4-year-old spayed shepherd mix who weighs about 47 pounds. Kai is bursting with joy and is always eager to make new friends, whether they have two legs or four! She loves to run, play fetch, and her happy zoomies often come with excited barks. When she's not busy playing, Kai enjoys her toys and is happy to entertain herself. She's a wonderful companion for an active household and loves to snuggle and receive belly rubs after a good play session.

Ideal Home

Kai would be a fantastic addition to an active family. She's great with dogs of all sizes and people of all ages, including children. She can be left unattended, but we recommend crating new dogs until they adjust to their environment. Loud noises and storms can make her a bit nervous, but she settles well with reassurance.

Ongoing Health

Kai is a healthy girl with no known ongoing health concerns.

Training & Support

Kai is house-trained, crate-trained, and leash-trained. She might pull a little on the leash when she sees another dog because she's so excited to say hello! She navigates stairs easily and is a great car passenger.
