Meet Sally!
Sally is the ultimate snuggle bug, a professional cuddler who believes personal space is overrated. She wants to be as close to you as physically possible and will make you feel like the most loved person in the world.
Sally's life wasn't always this wonderful. She was found living under a trailer with her puppies, neglected and struggling to find food. Kind neighbors helped feed her and eventually took her in, and now she's safe in a loving foster home, her difficult days behind her.
Now, Sally is pure, unconditional love in a 30-pound package. She's wonderfully affectionate and adores everyone she meets, especially children. She also gets along well with other dogs, though she appreciates slow, proper introductions. Once comfortable, she's happy to make friends, but she'd also be content as your one and only, as people are truly her favorite.
Like the smart cattle dog she is, Sally learns quickly. She has mastered potty training and leash walking. She's working on crate training but isn't a fan and is surprisingly talented at escaping! She has been trustworthy in the house and hasn't shown destructive behaviors, so she may not need to be crated once settled.
Though estimated to be only about a year old, Sally has an old soul. Her rough start has given her a calm, appreciative outlook. She'll happily join you for adventures but equally enjoys coming home to curl up on the couch with her favorite people. Sally has endured enough uncertainty; now she needs a family to love her as fiercely as she'll love them.
