Meet Baron!

Baron is a handsome 1 1/2-year-old Australian Shepherd weighing 50 pounds, and he's ready to find his forever family. He's already fully vaccinated, neutered, and microchipped, so he's all set for his new adventure! Baron is a sweet boy who can be a little shy when meeting new people, but he just needs a little time and patience to warm up. Once he trusts you, he forms strong bonds and becomes a wonderfully loyal companion. He loves to spend quality time with his people and prefers a quieter, more introverted lifestyle. Baron is house-trained, kennel-trained, and walks beautifully on a leash. He gets along great with other dogs and would enjoy a canine friend, but he'd also be happy as an only dog. A great way for Baron to cool off on hot days is by splashing in a kiddie pool! Like many pups, he's not a fan of thunderstorms or fireworks, but he settles well with a safe and comforting space.

Ideal Home

Baron would do well in a home with or without other dogs. He thrives with patient owners who can help him build trust and enjoy his calm, gentle nature.

Training & Support

Baron is house-trained, kennel-trained, and walks well on a leash. He may be a little shy initially, so continued positive reinforcement and patience will help him continue to blossom.

Baron is currently being fostered in La Feria, Texas. He can be transported to eligible northern states at no additional expense to the adopter.
