Skye

Skye is a sweet and resilient girl who is learning to navigate the world of people. She began her life with limited human interaction, but in her foster home, she's discovered how much fun and safety life can offer. Skye absolutely adores running, wrestling, and playing with her canine friends, and she's blossoming as she watches the more confident dogs around her. Her playful personality is emerging, and it's incredibly rewarding to witness. While Skye may always be a bit reserved with new people, she is proving to be a resilient and loving companion with the right support.

Ideal Home

Skye needs a patient adopter who will allow her to progress at her own pace and celebrate her successes. She must have another friendly and confident dog in the home to help her feel secure and continue building her confidence. A canine companion is essential for her continued success.

Ongoing Health

Skye is spayed, up to date on vaccines, and microchipped.

Training & Support

Skye is still learning to trust and may be shy with strangers. An adopter with previous rescue experience or a willingness to learn about shy, under-socialized dogs would be a great asset. Our trainer and an independent trainer are available to work with Skye's adopter to help with her transition and provide support.
