Peapie

Peapie is a sweet petite young lady who loves to socialize! She seems to be a Chihuahua/Terrier/Pomeranian mix, and at about 1 year old and 11.2 lbs, she's just the right size for cuddling after a good play session. Peapie comes from a foster home where she lived happily with adults, kids, other pups, and cats. She loves to wrestle and play with her doggie friends, and while she can be a little overbearing in her enthusiasm, she responds well to correction. She enjoys playgroup, toys, playing fetch, and meeting new pups.

Peapie is doing great with housetraining and has had no accidents. She's also happy to settle into her crate when needed and rides well in the car in her crate. Described as eager to please, playful, affectionate, resilient, and carefree, she was considered a perfect houseguest by her foster family. While her exact background is unknown, her joyfulness and fun-loving nature are clear, and she's ready to share it all with her new family.

Ideal Home

Peapie would thrive in a home where she can continue to socialize and play. She has gotten along with everyone she's met so far, including kids, other dogs, and cats.

Ongoing Health

Peapie has been spayed/neutered, is up to date on shots, on heartworm preventative, and is microchipped.

Training & Support

As a young dog, Peapie will benefit from continued training. She will need to learn how to walk on a leash and some basic obedience skills. She has responded well to correction in the past.
