About Sage Cowan

Sage is a beautiful shepherd mix with striking ice-blue eyes and a husky's energetic spirit. She’s a natural explorer, always on the move, sniffing out new adventures, and she absolutely loves to swim! Sage is attentive to people, walks well on a leash, and is responsive to commands. While she enjoys playing "keep away" during off-leash yard time, she's generally well-behaved. She’s also been a social butterfly in public, attending rescue events where she’s been quiet, observant, and friendly to everyone she meets.

Ideal Home

Sage would thrive in an active home or on a large property like a farm or ranch where she has plenty of space to exercise and explore daily.

Ongoing Health

Sage has been spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, and is on prevention. She has also been treated for heartworms.

Training & Support

Sage enjoys a good game of "keep away" during yard play. Continued positive reinforcement and engagement will help her succeed.
