Daisy Sue is a 2-year-old, 35-pound female Pointer and Australian Cattle dog mix who is spayed. She was rescued from a euthanasia list at a county shelter after being returned by her previous owners. Daisy is a joyful, playful, and sweet dog who loves to zoom around and cuddle with her favorite people. She gets along wonderfully with other dogs of all sizes and enjoys playing with them. Daisy is an energetic dog who would thrive in an active home. She is also a great work-from-home companion and enjoys snoozing nearby.
Daisy is house-trained, walks well on a leash, and is crate-trained. She does not have issues with resource guarding and is happy to share toys and treats. She is very food motivated, which makes training a breeze. Daisy can be a little shy when meeting new people, especially men, but she warms up with patience and gentle encouragement. She would do best in a calm home with a predictable routine.

Daisy would thrive in a home that can provide another friendly dog for companionship, an active lifestyle with regular exercise or a securely fenced yard, and children 10 years or older who understand how to respect a shy dog.
