Hi... I’m June 💛🐾
I’ve been waiting a little while for my forever home (over 3 months now), but my foster says that just means the right person is still on their way to me ✨ I’m kind of the perfect mix of everything. I can be a little shy when we first meet—I just like to take a minute to make sure everything feels safe. But once I know you? Ohhh... you’re mine 🥹 I’m what they call a “Velcro dog,” which basically means I’ll be your little shadow, your couch buddy, your “why are you in the bathroom with me?” assistant 😂 I’ve got moderate energy—I love a good walk, a little playtime, and then I’m very happy curling up next to you chewing on my favorite bone like the queen I am 👑 I love people... like, really love them. I’ve met kids out on adventures (Home Depot is apparently a thing?!) and I did so good! I didn’t jump, I let them pet me, I was a total lady 💅 Now... I do get excited sometimes and forget my manners for a second (hi, I just love you!!!), but I’m working on it 😄 Other dogs? YES PLEASE 🐶💛 I especially love playful ones—I’m basically like, “Bestie?? Is that you??” to every dog I see on walks. We’re working on not announcing that quite so loudly... but I just get so excited about life 🥹 Cats though... yeah, no 😅 I think they’re way too fun to chase, so I need a home without them. When you leave me alone, I actually do really well. I can chill, relax, and I prefer being out and comfy rather than stuck in a crate all the time. I just like feeling at home 🏡 I’ve come a long way. I didn’t always feel safe. I didn’t always know where I belonged. But now I know what love feels like... and I want more of it. I’ll hug your leg. I’ll rest my head on your shoulder. I’ll follow you from room to room like your little emotional support shadow. And then... I’ll go lay nearby like, “Yes. This is my kingdom.” 👑 My foster says I’m the kind of dog you don’t forget... and I think she’s right. I’m not “perfect”... but aren’t we all a little beautifully imperfect? ✨ What I am is loyal, loving, funny, and ready to give my whole heart to someone who’s ready for me.

Training & Support
I love training because... snacks. I am VERY food motivated. You bring treats, I bring effort 🤝 I’m still learning some things—like leash manners and how to greet everyone politely instead of like I just drank three espressos ☕😂 I like having structure—it makes me feel safe. If I get a really special, high-value treat (like a bone), I prefer to enjoy it in my crate where I don’t have to share. I just like my space for special snacks, and with a little routine, it’s no big deal at all 💛
