Bongo-Ridgelan Beagle Ready For a Home!

Hi there, my name is Bongo! I'm a 2-3 year old Beagle mix, weighing about 25lbs, and I'm ready to find my forever home. I'm a bit shy because I used to live in a testing facility where I was kept in a cage. I'm just starting to learn what it's like to be a dog, and I'm doing much better when I have another dog around. That's why my rescue requires that I go to a home with another friendly and social dog who can show me the ropes!

Ideal Home

My ideal home would include another social and friendly dog who can help me learn and grow. I'm still a bit shy, so patience and understanding will be key as I continue to discover what it means to be a happy, well-adjusted pup.

Ongoing Health

My adoption fee includes a vet exam, bloodwork, up-to-date vaccines, neuter, deworming, preventatives, a negative heartworm test, and a microchip.

Training & Support

I'm still working on potty training and leash manners. The trainers here say I need to "learn to dog," which means I'll need a patient adopter who is committed to helping me learn and build confidence.
