Shady (5mo PUPPY)

Hiya Friends! My name is Shady and I'm an adorable 5-6 month old male Shepherd mix. My siblings and I were found abandoned on a rural road, but thankfully a kind person rescued us and brought us to the safety of IDGSR. My breed mix is a bit of a mystery – I have some Shepherd-like features, but a smaller body and a wiggly nub tail! Wouldn't it be fun to do a DNA test and discover my heritage? I'm a baby and have a lot to learn, so I'm looking for a patient adopter to teach me house and crate training, and to help me earn my PhD in obedience skills. I'm sure to get along with anyone and everyone, whether you have kids, dogs, cats, turtles, chickens, or even a grumpy neighbor – my good looks and fun-loving personality will win them all over! If you're ready for 10-15 years of love, laughter, puppy kisses, the occasional muddy paw print, loyalty, and adventure, I'm your guy!

Ideal Home

I will do great with kids, other dogs, and cats.

Ongoing Health

All dogs in our care are up-to-date on vaccinations, heart-worm testing, and monthly preventatives. I will also be spayed or neutered. Puppies under 6-months of age will require a spay/neuter contract, and a portion of the adoption fee will be refunded upon documentation of the procedure.

Training & Support

I need full obedience training and am learning house and crate training.
