Paula is a 5-year-old, 56 lb female Hound mix who is ready to bring joy and cuddles into your life! She was rescued as a stray and, after clearly being a mom many times, she's finally getting to experience the puppyhood she missed. Paula loves playing with toys, going for long walks, and basking in the sun. Her foster family has helped her build trust, and she's blossomed into a total cuddle bug who enjoys belly rubs and snuggling on the couch. She's great with children and other dogs, but she does chase cats, so a kitty-free home is a must. Paula is a smart girl who would thrive with a family that can provide both mental and physical exercise. While she adores her foster family and canine siblings, a hound's nose can sometimes lead them astray, so continued exercise and obedience training will be beneficial. Paula has overcome a difficult past and truly deserves a loving, forever home where she can share all the affection in her doggy heart. She's calm and settled as an adult, yet still lively and incredibly affectionate.
Ideal Home
Paula would love a home that can provide her with plenty of mental and physical stimulation. She needs a home without cats, as she tends to chase them.
