Born on April 2, 2023, Winston is a smart and affectionate boy who is eager to find his furever family. He has a silly smile that will greet you at the door and loves nothing more than a good cuddle and a full-body rub.

Ideal Home

Winston would love a home where he can be the star of the show, as he'd prefer to be an only dog. However, he would do well with an assertive dog, male or female. He needs a home that can provide consistent direction and training, as he is very smart and will try to take the lead if given the chance. Winston also needs an outlet for his energy, making him a fantastic candidate for agility or rally training.

Winston is a healthy boy with no known ongoing health issues.

Training & Support

Winston is making great progress with his housetraining and is great in the crate. He's also working on his leash skills. He is fine with cats that have dog experience and is curious about them. If a cat is not dog-savvy and runs around, Winston may chase it until corrected. He needs a consistent leader who will continue his training and provide him with an outlet for his energy.
