Meet Rosella, or "Rose" as we affectionately call her, a sweet blossom of a dog looking for her forever home! This approximately 45 lb Carolina Dog mix, born around December 29, 2019, has a truly remarkable story and a personality to match. Rose is incredibly eager to please, knows "sit" and "shake," and delights in showing off her smarts. Her happy-go-lucky demeanor brings smiles to everyone she meets, and her resilience is truly inspiring.
Rose is a survivor, having been abandoned before finding her way to our rescue. She arrived with a severely embedded collar that caused extensive wounds, but thanks to dedicated care, she has made a miraculous recovery. Today, her scars are a testament to her strength, and she radiates happiness and hope, making her a true hero in our eyes. All she needs now is a loving best friend to share her bright future.
Ideal Home
Rose has not yet met other dogs or cats in our care, so a home where she can be gradually introduced to new furry friends would be ideal.

Rose has fully recovered from her past injuries and is in excellent health.
Training & Support
Rose is already kennel and potty trained, and her eagerness to please makes her a joy to work with. She is eligible for 50% off training with Curbed Behaviors Dog Training for programs booked within 30 days of adoption, and 25% off programs booked within 60-90 days of adoption.

Transportation
Rose is located in Houston, Texas. Transport is included in the adoption fee and can take her to various pickup locations in nearby towns, counties, or even neighboring states. We coordinate with multiple transport services that operate weekly to Eastern states and bi-weekly or monthly to Western states. Adopters can track the transport van using the Life360 app and receive updates along the way.
