Jace

Hi there! My name is Jace, and I'm a charming 1-year-old, 65 lb neutered male looking for my forever home. I'm already housetrained and crate-trained, and I'm happy to spend my time in my crate when my family is away. It took me a little while to get used to living in a home with people, as I've spent most of my life in a kennel. I'm a bit shy at first with new faces, but I'm starting to warm up to my foster parents and am discovering how much I love gentle pets and attention! I'm hoping for a patient and calm adopter who can help me continue to build my confidence.

Ideal Home

I get along wonderfully with other animals and would thrive in a home with a confident canine sibling to show me the ropes. I've also lived with cats without any issues, so kitty siblings are welcome too! I really enjoy playing with toys, especially stuffed toys that I can carry around, and I love a good game of tug-of-war with my doggy friends.

Ongoing Health

I'm neutered, microchipped, and up-to-date on all my vaccinations.

Training & Support

I'm working on my confidence around new people, and a patient adopter will be key to my continued growth. I'm learning to come when called and I know what "time for bed" means! I take my treats gently and would love a family who will continue my socialization to help me become the most confident pup I can be. I ride well in the car and only pull a little on the leash.
