Moon Pie, a 2-year-old male weighing 70 lbs, is a big goofball with an enormous heart and a contagious zest for life! He's a lanky, floppy, happy boy who is absolutely impossible to resist. Moon Pie lives up to his name, bringing sweetness and joy wherever he goes. He's a master of the dramatic belly-rub roll-over, wiggling and grinning as if it's his full-time job – and honestly, it kind of is! He's incredibly affectionate and will shower you with love and loyalty.

Ideal Home

Moon Pie would love a home that can keep up with his active lifestyle, perhaps with someone who enjoys running or biking – he'd be a fantastic workout partner! He also enjoys playtime, so a canine companion who enjoys a good romp would be a bonus, or a human willing to help him continue polishing his already excellent manners.

Training & Support

This smart cookie is already house-trained and crate-trained, and he's a pro at using a doggie door. He walks nicely on a leash, though he can get momentarily excited by squirrels or potential new friends – a little reminder of his professionalism usually does the trick. He knows "sit" and "stay," and takes treats gently. He's eager to learn and very trainable, making him a joy to work with. He's also not much of a barker and can entertain himself with toys.
