KING

KING is a handsome 6-8 year old, 55 lb lab mix with a fun, fluffy tail that makes him stand out! He's a wonderful companion who is energetic and active, yet also sweet, quiet, and gentle. KING lives life to the fullest and rates a "10" for energy. He's playful, loves to run, and enjoys being active.

Ideal Home

KING is friendly with people, kids, and other dogs. He would thrive in an active home where he can share his enthusiasm for life. He is fairly self-sufficient and not high maintenance, but he does appreciate regular activity and enrichment to wind down in the evenings.

Ongoing Health

KING was found as a stray who had been hit by a car. While he has physical scars from this past trauma, they do not impact his ability to live a full and happy life. He is otherwise healthy and fully functioning.

Training & Support

KING is crate and house-trained and will let you know when he needs to go outside. He doesn't have storm or separation anxiety. While he generally has good common sense and follows directions, he did chew a plastic water bowl once, so metal bowls are recommended. He's not a big barker but will alert you to anything unusual.
