Four-year-old Rascal is a sweet and affectionate boy who is enjoying his new indoor/outdoor life at the shelter! He was previously an outdoor-only dog, but now he has a choice of comfortable spots and protection from storms. Rascal is a true "Velcro dog" who loves to be close to his people, often found weaving between legs or leaning against you for comfort. He's a kind friend and does well with children. While not a big barker, when Rascal does make noise, it's a unique and surprising sound that's a mix between a hound-y howl and a large man's belch! With his expressive eyes and eagerness to please, Rascal is sure to win your heart. He is neutered and vaccinated, ready for a family to give him all the love he deserves.
