Meet Willow

Willow is finally safe in foster care and beginning her journey toward healing. This sweet girl has been through more than any dog should ever have to endure, arriving with injuries believed to be consistent with a vehicle strike. Despite her pain and uncertainty, Willow has shown nothing but kindness and a gentle heart.

When meeting new people, Willow can be a little shy at first. She may hang back and observe, but with patience and a soft voice, she slowly comes forward to investigate. Once she realizes shes safe, her true personality emerges. One of her favorite things is gently resting her head in your hand and soaking up affection. Its a quiet gesture that says everything about the loving soul she is.

Willow is currently recovering in foster care, receiving medical treatment and lots of TLC. She is ambulatory and making progress every day. Her foster family reports that she is incredibly sweet, grateful for attention, and simply wants a place where she can feel safe and loved.

After everything shes endured, Willow deserves a family that will give her the stability, patience, and kindness shes always deserved. We know that once she is fully healed, she will make a devoted and loving companion.
