Meet Sydney, a delightful 2-year-old pittie/staffy mix with a heart full of love! Sydney is a true affection enthusiast, showering her favorite humans with kisses, hugs, and cuddles. She's a goofy, spirited girl who bonds deeply and becomes incredibly loyal to her people. Adventures are her middle name – she loves car rides, outings, and exploring new places. Sydney walks well on leash, taking in the world with curiosity and a happy heart.

Ideal Home

Sydney would thrive in a home that appreciates her enthusiastic affection and can help guide gentle greetings. She's great with people of all ages, including children as young as 13 months, and enjoys canine companions. She does best with a medium-energy male dog who respects her space initially. She also lives happily with a cat, showing playful but well-intentioned behavior that's easily redirected. An active family who includes her in daily life would be perfect, whether in an apartment or a house.

Sydney is located in Houston, Texas. We facilitate nationwide adoptions using our rescue run USDA-certified transport system. Transport drop-off locations are available in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, and Canada (with pick-up options in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters). An $87 surcharge applies for transportation. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
