Meet April, a delightful 8-month-old sweetheart weighing around 32 lbs! She's a wonderful blend of playful puppy energy and sweet affection. We believe she's a pit/lab mix, but her most remarkable trait is her loving and tender personality. April is a gentle soul who does well with larger dogs, happily following their lead and fitting right into the pack. She might be a little shy when meeting new people at first, but with a little patience, she blossoms into a devoted companion. Once she feels comfortable, she'll show you her whole body wiggles and full-hearted tail wags – it’s pure joy! Her favorite things include soft toys, squeaky toys, cozy naps, and gentle snuggles. Like any young pup, her days are filled with a happy rhythm of play and rest, bringing immense joy to everyone around her.

April is looking for a family ready to guide her as she grows. She'll thrive with structure, patience, and positive training. We do require adopters to commit to crate training to help her with potty training and building confidence.

April is currently fostered in Ridgefield Park, NJ. We facilitate nationwide adoptions using our USDA-certified transport system, ensuring safe and comfortable travel for all pets. Drop-off locations are available in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, and Canada (pick-up locations in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT). You'll be able to track your pet's journey with real-time updates and photo sharing through a private Facebook event page.
