Meet Rachel! She's a delightful 58lb bundle of joy with an estimated birthday of June 2, 2022. Rachel is a sweet, gentle girl with a big heart and an even bigger love for snuggling. She had a wonderful time at a recent adoption event, happily greeting everyone she met, from kids to adults and even strangers. Her petite size and short legs have earned her the adorable nickname "Pocket Pittie"! Rachel is kennel trained and a pretty easy roommate, possessing a laid-back personality and a loving spirit that makes her a great fit for many different homes. When it comes to canine companions, Rachel enjoys meeting new dogs, but prefers proper introductions to ensure a good match. She truly has a beautiful soul, a gentle nature, and so much love to give.

Transportation
Rachel is located in Houston, Texas. Transport is included with adoption, with pickup locations potentially varying to nearby towns or states. We coordinate with multiple transport services that operate weekly to Eastern states and bi-weekly or monthly to Western states from Texas to your state or a neighboring state. These are ground transports using third-party vehicles (vans/buses) converted for dog transport. Each adopter has the ability to track the van using the app Life360, and receives updates from transport along the way. Facebook chats are another resource to stay informed on tracking dogs on transport. Please be able to use one of these available services if you wish to follow your adopted dog on transport.
