Sami

Hello there! My name is Sami, and I'm a delightful 2-3 year old lady weighing about 30lbs. I'm already spayed and microchipped, so I'm all set to find my forever home! I'm a super smart pup who is house-trained and crate-trained. It's best to use my crate when you can't keep an eye on me, though I've been a great girl when left alone with my foster siblings! When guests arrive, I'll let you know with a happy bark, but I'll quickly greet them with a wagging tail, sometimes even rolling over for a belly rub! I absolutely adore being petted and snuggling up close.

I've lived harmoniously with both smaller and larger dogs in my foster home, and I've also made friends with smaller dogs on walks. I just love to play! While I haven't had much luck with cats, I'm all about playtime with my favorite squeaky balls and tug-of-war. I'm a pro at unstuffing toys, then gleefully playing with the empty shell. Fetch isn't my forte yet, but I'm a quick learner and eager to try! Car rides are a blast, and I'm working on my leash manners when I see exciting new friends. I know some commands and am always up for learning more!

Ideal Home

I would love a home with another canine companion to share my playful spirit. A securely fenced yard is a must to accommodate my energetic playing style. If you're home more often than not, I could also be a happy solo pup! I'd also enjoy attending obedience classes or even trying out agility.

Training & Support

I'm working on my leash manners when I see people or other dogs, as I get very excited to make new friends! I'm eager to learn and would benefit from continued training, perhaps even in obedience or agility.
