DELANEY

Meet Delaney, a lovely adult female Dachshund Mix who is a bundle of playful energy! She's a quick learner who loves to chase balls and then cuddle up for hours of sleep. Delaney settled in quickly at her foster home and has shown herself to be comfortable with both dogs and people. She's a very nice dog who is always happy to be by your side.

Ideal Home

Delaney would love a home with children or a playful canine companion to share her energy with. However, she would also be happy with a single owner who can provide plenty of playtime and opportunities to interact with other dogs or children. Due to her interest in chasing, a home without cats would be best.

Ongoing Health

Delaney is spayed, vaccinated, and seems to be in good overall health.

Training & Support

Delaney is fully house-trained and sleeps through the night. She is comfortable in a crate but doesn't require it. She pulls on the leash when she sees squirrels and will jump up when offered a treat, but she will sit when asked. With consistent guidance, she will surely master these behaviors. She is also a good girl in the car and generally seems comfortable in new environments.
