Juniper

Meet Juniper! He's a handsome 4-year-old, almost 11-pound Yorkie mix with a heart full of potential. Juniper is a very shy boy and a flight risk, as he's still learning about the world around him, including things like walking on a leash and experiencing grass. He's looking for a patient and understanding family who can gently show him that the world isn't so scary. A family with experience with under-socialized dogs would be ideal, as they'll know just how to help him blossom.

Ideal Home

Juniper needs a calm and patient home where he can take his time to adjust. He requires all potential human and canine companions to meet him before adoption. He should not be placed in a home with children under 10 years old.

Ongoing Health

Juniper is neutered and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Juniper is not yet house-trained and is still learning about leash walking. He will need consistent positive reinforcement and gentle guidance to build his confidence and learn these new skills.
