Meet Cedar! Cedar is a handsome 4-year-old male Elkhound looking for a fresh start and a family to call his own. After spending his life as a farm dog, Cedar came to us in rough shape with a severe skin condition that left him uncomfortable and missing much of his beautiful coat. Thanks to lots of care, proper treatment, and TLC, his hair has grown back, and he's feeling better than ever! While Cedar can be a little shy when meeting new people, don't let that fool you. With patience, kindness, and a little time, he begins to trust and show his sweet, gentle personality. Cedar is looking for a home that will understand his need to settle in at his own pace and give him the love he deserves. After everything he's been through, Cedar is ready to leave his past behind and start his next chapter with a family who will cherish him forever.
