Bentley is a handsome Staffordshire Terrier mix with a big personality and an even bigger heart. Born in May 2017, Bentley still has plenty of energy and loves to play. His absolute favorite thing in the world is tug-of-war. If you enjoy a fun-loving dog with lots of character, Bentley may be your perfect match. Bentley is great with new people, his favorite way to greet guests is by bringing over his rope. Tug-of-war is definitely his love language. While he may skip the immediate cuddles at first, once playtime is over he transforms into a total snuggle bug who loves relaxing on the couch, his bed, or right beside his people. He is fully house trained, trustworthy when left home alone, and has excellent manners in the house. Bentley does not need to be crated and has proven to be calm and respectful while free roaming. He also does fine in a kennel. Bentley loves spending time outside, especially lounging in the sunshine and enjoying a nice backyard or patio. He could spend hours out there if you let him! Bentley is the best of both worlds: playful and fun when it is time to be active, calm and affectionate when it is time to unwind. If you are looking for a loyal companion with personality, charm, and a world-class tug-of-war game, Bentley is ready to meet you. Bentley is super excited to find a furever family with the energy and patience that he needs to feel comfortable and confident.
Ideal Home
Bentley would do best as the only pet in the home, where he can soak up all the attention for himself. He could be happy with an active owner who enjoys walks and playtime, or with someone more laid back who has a fenced yard where he can stretch his legs and enjoy the outdoors.
