Bubby is a gentle soul who thrives in quiet company. While the shelter environment can be a bit overwhelming for him, once he's in a calm setting, his true affectionate nature shines through. He loves to be close to his people, whether that means cuddling on the sofa, snuggling in your lap, or following you from room to room. A particularly sweet habit of his is to relax into a contented little smile with his tongue peeking out when he feels safe and loved. Bubby is patient, easy to handle, and has impeccable manners when accepting treats. He's not particularly interested in toys or self-entertainment; his greatest joy comes from sharing quiet moments with his favorite person. Bubby appears to be around 3 to 4 years old.

Ideal Home

Bubby is looking for a home where he can leave the stress of shelter life behind and finally relax. A calm environment where he can feel safe and loved would be ideal for him to blossom into the happy, devoted companion he is ready to be.

Ongoing Health

Bubby is currently being treated for fleas. He also has some minor skin issues and dental tartar. He is up-to-date on vaccinations and has been spayed/neutered.

Training & Support

Bubby is patient and easy to handle. He is not known to have any specific behavioral issues that need work, but he is more interested in quiet companionship than toys or self-play.
