Splash (5mo PUPPY)

Hiya Friends! My name is Splash and I'm an adorable 5-6 month old male Shepherd mix. My siblings and I were found abandoned on a rural road, but thankfully, a kind person rescued us and brought us to IDGSR. My breed mix is a mystery, but I have some Shepherd-like features, a smaller body, and a cute wiggly tail! Wouldn't it be fun to do a DNA test to see what I'm mixed with? I'm just a baby and still learning about the world, so I need a patient adopter to teach me house and crate training, and eventually give me a PHD in obedience skills. I'm a social butterfly and will get along with kids, dogs, cats, turtles, chickens, and even a crabby neighbor! If you're ready for 10-15 years of love, laughter, puppy kisses, loyalty, and adventure, I'm your guy!

Ideal Home

Splash will do great with kids, other dogs, and cats.

Ongoing Health

All dogs are up-to-date on vaccinations, heart-worm testing, monthly preventatives, and are spayed or neutered. Puppies under 6 months of age will require a spay/neuter contract, and a portion of the adoption fee will be refunded upon documentation of the spay/neuter.

Training & Support

Splash needs full obedience training, including house and crate training.

• An application must be submitted before scheduling an appointment to meet a dog.
• Dogs are introduced to prospective adopters by appointment only.
• Due to high email volume, first priority is given to those with submitted applications.
• Please be respectful of volunteer time.

Transporation

Splash is fostered in Tennessee and available for transport to the East Coast. A transport fee will apply.
