Waylon

Waylon is a charming 2-year-old Miniature Pinscher mix who weighs about 16 pounds. He came into our care when his breeder mom sadly passed away and animal control reached out for assistance. Waylon is currently living with his foster dad in Tullahoma, TN, and is ready to find his forever home.

Ideal Home

Waylon has had limited human socialization and can be quick to run if given the chance. He is not yet leash-trained, so a securely fenced yard is a must. We've noted he can be a climber, even on chain-link fences! With consistent, one-on-one interaction, he has the potential to become a wonderful house dog. While he's not looking for a snuggle buddy right away, patience and understanding will go a long way. Experience with Miniature Pinschers is preferred for his adopter.

Ongoing Health

Waylon has been fully vetted. He is neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations, microchipped, and tested negative for heartworm.

Training & Support

Waylon is not leash-trained and requires a securely fenced yard. He is still learning to trust humans and may take time to warm up. We recommend continued positive reinforcement and patience as he gains confidence.

Waylon is located in Tullahoma, TN. Transportation is not provided, and adopters are responsible for picking him up from his foster location.
