Meet Dozer, a charming 9-week-old puppy with a sweet, independent personality! Dozer enjoys playtime with his siblings but is also perfectly content to do his own thing. He has plenty of puppy energy for romping and playing, but he's also happy to relax and take it easy, making him a great fit for a home that enjoys a more laid-back pace. Dozer is curious, playful, and independent. He has been raised around children and does well with them, though his calm demeanor might make him especially suited for a home with older children who appreciate his relaxed style. He loves toys and gets along well with other puppies. He would likely enjoy having another friendly dog in the home to keep him company.
Ideal Home
Dozer would do well in a moderate to lower-energy home. Someone needs to be home more than they are away, as crating puppies for long periods is not ideal for their development. If you work outside the home for more than 4 hours, please explain who will be available to spend time with Dozer during that time.
Ongoing Health
Puppies under 6 months are adopted on a spay/neuter contract. Adopters will be responsible for having Dozer altered when age-appropriate. $100 of the adoption donation will be refunded after proof of future spay/neuter is provided.
Training & Support
Like any puppy, Dozer is still learning. He is working on potty training and stays in a puppy pen when unsupervised. He will need a family committed to teaching him all the basics as he grows.
