Meet Piper! She's a cute, quirky, and active 5-6 year old, 35lb Chow mix with a wagging tail and a soft, shiny coat. Piper is always alert and eager to be a part of everything happening around her. She's a real sweetheart with a curious and observant nature, and she absolutely loves people and kids. Piper thrives on attention, pets, and hugs, and she'll happily return the affection with sweet kisses. She gets especially excited around children and would do best in a home with kids aged 5 and up, as her playful enthusiasm might be a bit much for very young ones.
Ideal Home
Piper would be happiest as the only pet in the household, where she can receive all the attention. She has shown some interest in playing with other male dogs but generally prefers to focus on her people. Her curiosity extends to small, fast-moving things, so she would not do well in a home with cats or other small animals.
Ongoing Health
Piper has been fully vetted, is up-to-date on all vaccines and preventatives, has been heartworm tested, and is spayed and microchipped.
Training & Support
Piper is fully housetrained. While she walks well on a leash, her tendency to chase small things means she'll need continued guidance and supervision.

- If you rent your home, we require a letter from your landlord granting permission for a pet to be submitted with your application.
- A secured, fenced yard is preferred and may be required for some of our dogs.
