Aaron attended a puppy playgroup on 4/5/26. He was friendly and social with a gentle/dainty playstyle. He also seems to be house-trained and preferred to keep to himself.
Aaron ("Ranger") - MAS #54405
If you're looking for a fun-loving, active companion, Ranger may be your perfect match! This friendly young pup has been thriving in foster care, where he's been exposed to dogs, cats, men, women, and children.
Ranger loves spending time with other dogs and especially enjoys playing and going on walks with them. He's also lived with cats and is very curious about them. While he'd love to turn every cat into a playmate, most of the cats in his foster home prefer to keep things to sniffing distance.
He adores people and has formed a special bond with his foster dad, who has taught him to play fetch and helped him learn some basic commands. Ranger already knows sit, come, crate, and no, and he's eager to keep learning. He's crate trained and housetrained, and he's learned to return to his crate when asked. He's also good about letting his foster family know when he needs to go outside.
Ranger has spent time with children ages 7 and 10 and loves running and playing with them. Like many young, energetic dogs, he can sometimes get a little overexcited during playtime, but he's continuing to work on his manners.
This handsome pup is definitely an adventure buddy. He has lots of energy and would thrive with an active family committed to continuing his training and giving him plenty of exercise and enrichment. On leash, Ranger can pull because he's excited to explore and would rather move at full speed! Off leash, he does very well, staying close to his people and following the lead of the other dogs in his foster home.
One of Ranger's most endearing quirks is his love of toys. He proudly collects toys from around the house-including toys belonging to the other pets-and stores them in his crate. He has quite the collection and often sleeps surrounded by his favorites. Hard chew toys are his top choice, while stuffed toys tend to lose their stuffing pretty quickly when Ranger gets hold of them.
Ranger is a happy, affectionate, energetic pup with lots of potential. With continued training, structure, and love, he'll make an incredible companion, adventure partner, and loyal watchdog for a lucky family.
