Meet Brownie, a handsome approximately 2-year-old Border Collie with a heart full of love and a zest for life! Despite a rough start being abandoned, Brownie has maintained his sweet disposition and his love for people. He's a medium-sized boy, weighing around 35 pounds, making him the perfect furry sidekick. Brownie is crate trained, house trained, and gets along wonderfully with other dogs and children. He's a smart and attentive pup who is eager to please and has already begun learning his basic commands, showing great potential for continued training.

Ongoing Health
Brownie is currently being treated for heartworms using the slow-kill method. He has completed his initial doxycycline course and received his ProHeart 12 injection. He will need to remain on Advantage Multi or NexGard PLUS for continued treatment, and his rescue will provide the first six months of prevention.
Training & Support
Brownie is eager to please and is learning basic commands, making him a great candidate for continued training.
