Meet Grizzly! He's a handsome, happy guy who's just looking for a family to call his own. He's always ready for a long walk, a fun adventure, or a lazy day hanging out with his favorite people. This sweet boy has the cutest silly smile and a friendly personality that makes him easy to love. He enjoys attention, loves a good treat, and is happy to be included in whatever you're doing. Grizzly is also good with other dogs and would love to meet any potential dog siblings. He is a year old and weighs 53 lbs. Sadly, Grizzly tested positive for heartworms, but please don't let this scare you away! We just need to get him into a home during his treatment. The cost for the heartworm treatment is completely covered, and we can provide you with more information about his heartworm treatment if you are interested in adopting or fostering him. Once his treatment plan is completed, Grizzly will be able to live a normal, healthy life with no restrictions!

Transporation

Grizzly is located at KCK Animal Services at 3301 Park Drive, KCK. Weekend adoptions are available at the shelter on Sundays from 10 AM to 3 PM, no appointment needed. Weekend adoption events are also available, please check our Facebook page for details. Weekday adoptions are by appointment only. Transport may be available, please inquire for details.
