McGinger is a charming Chiweenie mix with a beautiful coat of white, brown, and black, giving her a sweet beagle-like appearance. At just 6 weeks old and weighing 4 pounds, she's estimated to grow into a delightful 16-20 pound adult. She's the most laid-back of her six siblings, preferring a cozy nap to roughhousing, but she's also curious and courageous. McGinger is incredibly friendly, affectionate, and loves playtime. She adores her foster mom and patiently waits for her turn for cuddles. She's dreaming of a soft bed, plenty of belly rubs, backyard adventures, and a loving family to call her own.

Ongoing Health

McGinger is up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccinations and will be microchipped before transport. She will be spayed/neutered around 6 months of age, and adopters will receive a $100 rebate upon completion of this procedure.

McGinger will benefit from a patient adopter who understands she may need a little time to adjust and settle into her new home.

McGinger is currently being fostered near Houston, TX. Transport is available to locations within our service area, with transport routes running once a month. You will be included in a group chat to track your dog's journey in real-time, receiving updates on their location and estimated arrival time. Dogs on transport are crated for safety and stop for breaks.
