Meet Noir, a true diamond! This sweet girl, estimated to be between 1 and 2 years old and weighing around 45 pounds, was rescued just moments before she wandered onto a highway. Thankfully, she was brought to safety and has since shown us her incredibly gentle, kind, loving, and beautiful nature. Noir doesn't need to be "fixed" or transformed; she is already a wonderful and special dog. She has a soft heart, a sweet spirit, and an amazing ability to connect with both people and animals. Noir is good with children, enjoys the company of other dogs, and is respectful of cats. She is looking for a family who sees her for the radiant soul she is and will love her fully.
