Suzie

Suzie is a sweet and gentle senior girl, approximately 10-12 years old and weighing 20 pounds. She arrived at Miko's Sanctuary in 2022 and was adopted out, but sadly, she was recently returned due to her family's divorce. This experience can be confusing for dogs, so we are being extra careful when screening applications for her. Suzie has slight neurological issues that cause her to walk in circles, but she doesn't seem bothered by it, and neither are we! She's not a big player, but she does enjoy coming up for pets and affection throughout the day. Suzie gets along well with other dogs, as long as they give her her space.

Ideal Home

A home that understands her gentle nature and can provide a stable, loving environment. Due to her previous return, we will be selective in our screening process.

Ongoing Health

Suzie has a slight neurological condition that causes her to walk in circles. She is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on all her vaccinations.

Training & Support

Suzie is house-trained. While she's not playful, she enjoys gentle interactions and affection. Patience and understanding will go a long way in helping her settle into her new home.
